We will begin by leading you through a series of breathing and relaxation techniques to help you to relax and settle into your space. Next, you’ll be guided along on a journey of the mind where you can feel safe to release burdens and find stillness with yourself. Then you will be gently led back into the present moment providing you a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.
This meditation for beginners, so no experience is necessary.
