Cancellation, Lateness & Refund Policy
Private One-On-One Reading
Abstract-Soul will refund the full booking fee for a private one-on-one reading, if the appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time.
If an appointment is cancelled by the client less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within three business days. Fees will be refunded to the original form of payment used when booking.
There will be no refunds for clients that fail to attend the appointment or notify Abstract-Soul of a need to cancel the appointment.
Client understands that if he or she is late for an appointment, the reading will start and end at the original scheduled time.
Appointments cannot be rescheduled with less than a 72-hour notice.

Private Group Readings
Upon cancellation of a private group reading, 50% of the amount of fees paid for the booking will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within three business days. Fees will be refunded to the original form of payment used when booking.
If a private group reading is cancelled with less than a 14-day advance notice, there will be a rescheduling fee of $100.00.
Public Group Readings / Events
Abstract-Soul will refund the full ticket price for public group reading or event tickets, if a refund request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
If a refund request is made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, but before the day of the event, Abstract-Soul will issue a 50% refund of the ticket price.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made the day of the event, as Abstract-Soul will not have time to fill the open spot. There will be no refunds for clients that fail to attend the event.
Art Sales
All art sales are final.
